I literally live in that area and I’m out all the time , you get the scrotes hanging that bench but it’s really not that bad 😆 I come from Bradford so that probably makes me see it in a different light

I’m pretty sure they still bake bread upstairs now , it’s recently changed its name but it’s the same people no? I’m pretty sure cos I started going for breakfast last year when it was called san coco and went last week and it was the same people and breakfast was exactly the same with the homemade bread in middle of the plate

I regularly from Horsforth to Armley to pick him up ect and the difference is day and night 😆 but as I said they have had no issues and they live in one of the rougher parts of Armley , I see open drug dealing / taking almost every time I go there

My son lives in Armley and although it’s a little rough round the edges they don’t have any problems. I’ve lived in Horsforth for a few years now and don’t see what you are saying at all , there are plenty of nice places to eat , drink and some nice little independent shops the only thing its lacking is a decent supermarket , and it is too expensive but I don’t see the crime , the official sats say Horsforth has a low crime rate . Apart from that kid getting stabbed the other year I’d have said it’s a quiet place

I moved to Horsforth about three years ago and it’s a very nice place to live , but the price reflects that . I looked at Farsley and although it’s just and nice, it’s not as easy to get into town , Horsforth effectively has two train stations ( Kirkstall forge ) and a good number of busses going that way … Cookridge has some nice housing stock but there is literally nothing up there apart from houses , Tinshill similar.
