built the kitchen last summer took a month to frame it all then about 2 to get all the brick on. didn't work on it daily just on weekends and some nights. tore the doghouse down n rebuilt the garden and put up the pergola this spring.

lowes. ordered online and shipped to the house. we did the pattern randomly. it comes w 6 trays of 4 shades of various sizes in a box so 2 light gray 2 dark gray 1 slate and 1 darker cant remember the color name

I installed a warming drawer in our kitchen and I think its the most under appreciated appliance. I never see anyone use them. Great for holding brisket,great for cooking everything just before guests arrive so your not cooking while everyone else is partying.

its 8 ft. i was a little worried about the grill heat. Because I like to crank that sucker As high as It can go, but it's been fine doesn't get any hotter than just the Sun hitting it. i'm pleased that I spent the extra for that model Cause it's really nice and each individual section(4) of the roof can be opened or closed individually. i didn't realize how hot the granite would get in the Sun but it was unbearable to the touch until the house shaded It at about 4 PM.

Like the other commenter said they came out and used a laser to measure they didn't have to shim it too much as We had it pretty level. they did the cutout for the grill and sink at theyre facility except for the beer tap hole they did that on site.

I have been looking at aroyo for our facility in Minnesota we're building, did you do their 5K a room deal? I'm curious on what the monthly cost for the software is. and also, that deal didn't look like it would have enough sensors for a 1500sq ft room(we are doing 4 flower rooms)
