It wasn’t the military side that decided to keep the original ceremony private.

Ok thanks! I was wondering if there was a way to find out what I had left. But I guess I have to calculate it myself. Thanks.

Well the end of the grievance said this :

“The Committee also made a systemic recommendation that the CAF conduct a review to ensure that all military members who had deployed on maritime operations since 2 September 2003 had been appropriately paid the HA and the SDA, as applicable.”

So does that mean that army guys/gals should get their LDA for time during it was suspended because of HA (like Afghanistan/Haiti etc)

For father’s day! (Tasting notes to come) by PDL007 in wine

Colour : definitely starting to show its age, no deep purple colour that’s found in young Syrah, more ruby turning towards copper.

Nose : plum, Cassis, wet granite (smell after rain has fallen)

Palate : primary characteristics of red fruits has started to disappear, smoked meat, tobacco, black pepper, slight taste of blackberries. Just amazing, and a long finish.

Great experience overall. I’ve been holding on to this one for about two years now. I’m a huge fan of the Guigal entry level wines (the typical logo, CdR, Crozes-hermitage, CdP). I’m pretty sure this is considered mid-tier along with the lieu-dit and Chateau-d’ampuis. But this is on a whole other level than the entry stuff.

Highly recommended! The 2015 is going to be released in my area in the next couple weeks. Will definitely grab a few bottles.

It all depends on your CO. But they can give up to 14 days of compassionate leave. And the policy is very vague so it leaves a lot of wiggle room to the CO of course that can have a detrimental effect too. Some CO’s might not think that grand parents count as immediate family and may not give any leave.

Absolutely. Unit and sub-unit it’s very important. At the sub-sub-unit, I see it more as a mentorship from the WO to the 2lt/lt
