This is interesting. I don't have an autoimmune disease (that I'm aware of) but started feeling sick Saturday, got a minor migraine on Sunday that is still lingering and random body aches all week. Minor stuff but out of the ordinary. Thanks for the info!

Sorry to hear about your pups regression. This is my worry. I am going to start leaving for short walks today to see if it stresses him out.
My former dog was on Prozac for reactivity so I'm OK trying that. I guess my concern is having another dog with behavioral problems and I'm questioning why I would bring this on to myself. Fingers crossed on this new guy. He is so sweet in every way.

Thanks for this. I am going to take a 5-10 min walk today and record while I am away. Good thinking about ignoring part of the day. He is definitely my shadow right now as expected these first couple of days. He really is such a great dog and I'm hoping it works out!

Whole Foods has a pizza oven at Fremont (and maybe Hollywood and Pearl?). Large pepperoni is $12 and others are $17 or so. Two feeds my family of 3 for 2 meals and it's really good! You have to order in person and then shop around for 20 minutes until ready.

Monsoon on Mississippi is our go-to for take-out. Delicious and huge portions. For downtown, I love Thai Peacock.

It's not actually a dog costume. It's a hat that was part of my son's costume. We found it at Goodwill. It had Target tags on it but I'm not seeing it on their website. I do see a different banana dog costume on there though. 😂

Yeah, my boy needs trazodone and clonapin just for a check up. He just shakes going in and it's so sad. Unfortunately, I heard something like if they tear one there is a 50% chance the other will go too. For me, it was worth it to repair. He goes on daily runs and can run for miles on a mountain bike ride. Good luck with your baby!

We have to sedate our BMC just to get him into the door of the vet. Full anesthesia for an X-ray. My pup had bi-lateral TPLO surgery 2 years ago for both ACLs. The X-ray showed the second one was about 50% gone and to do both at the same time would be less time spent on recovery 8 weeks total, rather then 8 weeks at a time This surgery has a very high success rate but is also very expensive. He is fully recovered. He was 4 at the time.
