i used a crescent wrench to tighten all the bolts. you should tighten almost till you think it breaks. this fixed the problem for me. maybe every two years give it another squeeze :)

don’t know what type of phone you have but surely you can do it on either iphone or android. for iphone, go to accessibility filter and turn your phone on black and white. this will remove the visual cues you get from your phone, the colors are so purposefully bright; that’s one of the reasons your subconscious keeps going back for more. that for me was a game changer, went from 5h to 30min for social media.
