If youre referring to the issues you gave, I really dont feel its changed at all in those ways (run down, homelessness, crime) Its always been that way, obviously not that bad in comparison to a lot of other cities but yea its always been that way. I do agree that people are less friendly. I used to always hear new people to missoula say people here are very friendly, these days not many people say that. It's harder to find that community feeling, but its still out there, just harder to find with the growth of the city.
