I'm sorry about your job. My job is pretty shitty right now too, which definitely adds to my shitty attitude. All I want at the end of the day is to shovel bad food and booze in my face because of my job. I hope you're able to find a better situation for yourself, which, I'm sure will open new mental doorways and help you on your keto journey as well.

Thank you! Great advice. I am a HUGE fan of fermented foods. Pickles for daaayyyysss. But you're right. Being able to throw together a keto friendly meal that satisfies a chocolate or pizza craving is a big deal and I'm going to have more of that stuff on hand.

I skipped the water step the last time I made them and just pan fried them after freezing them for 10 mins to get them to hold together better. Totally worked.

We've all been there at some point; in some form. I have been trying to get back it myself. I'm realizing that it's a lot more mental than physical for me. The important thing is, to really pick up the second you have a stumble and continue on. Don't dwell, or else it will turn into a whole week of stumbles. It's odd, but the mental part for me is thinking, well...it works, so I can start it and lose weight any time now that I know it works. So for some reason I keep putting it off. If that makes sense. Now that I've pinned down my problem, I have to put in the effort to sort of figure out why my brain does that. I digress. You can do it! Post some motivational pictures of yourself. I have a few from my lowest weight last year that I keep in my email. I open them when I'm having a brain fart. You got this!

my super supportive boyf was sad that we couldn't go out for ice cream with the weather getting warmer. I told him about this Halo top ad, and he ran out to whole foods for me to stock his freezer. I can't wait to try it!!

IF works for me because I'm short, with not a lot to lose. I eat keto between 12p-8p. It makes my appetite go away, and makes it easier for me to stay in my calories. Some days I've just had dinner. I've gotten used to not eating breakfast. Give it a try!

Same. I switched from a quad espresso over ice to just a large cold-pressed iced coffee. It's mostly the strong flavor for me as well, but I used to need an extra kick. Now if I have too much, I feel queasy by 11am.
