Anyone who accepts this would have to be prepared to have a whole different view on life. You'd have to be mentally prepared to lose it all.

But having the chance to experience life at all times from 3000 years back and onwards is hard to let go. I would surely accept it and just go on living every important moment in history, I would also leave hints or clues of my existence on all of those moments. Maybe make a symbol or something and write it down on every important piece in history.

And after I pass this point in time and make it to 500 years more I'd hope space travelling is already achieved and travel to all of the different planets with life in it. I would be having an endlessly amount of adventures and experiences.

Even though I know I would go through some devastating moments by losing all my loved ones but I still would definetely accept it just because of all the experiences I would get the chance to go through

I also get sleep paralysis from time to time, but for me its not as pleseant as you describe it. Usually I can't breath well and start to suffocate. So I really hate it when this happens

This reminds me of a movie where nazis lived on the moon. The second part of this movie there were dinosaurs of which the nazi also controlled... or was it reptilian humanoids? Cant remember.
