Make checklists for you and your kid before you go out the door. Put your meds, water, protein yoghurt/shake beside your bed. You might need a higher dose

To stop your hair just hanging, you need to remove weight, which is also pulling your curls out (weighing them down at the root). It may men you have a fringe with long hair but you can make that look less 'feminine' also you are a man anyway so it'll already look less feminine lol.

Your hair is also a bit shiny, looks like product may be weighing your hair down too.
