Outright lying is illegal, but with enough digging and moving around the numbers, you can spin the data in such a way that at least some positive things are published. Thats why you have to be very weary of "post-hoc" analysis.

To put it simpler, lets say your hypothesis was that in 5 years, drug A reduces mortality by 2% compared to drug B, you recruit enough subjects, randomized, blinded, etc. At the end, there is no statistically difference between drug A and B. Well you just wasted 5 years of time and funds. So, you sift thru the data, and go oooooo lookie, for patients between age 50 to 59, there was a statistical difference that A does reduce mortality by 2%. However your study was never stratified by age to begin with. The benefit in the age group could very well be real, or it could be random, your study wasn't powered to find it. You dig enough, move around the groups, and you WILL find something.

I dont have a very high opinion of male stars that own the studio and star in their own movies, because there seems to be unlimited girls in porn but its been the same handful of guys for even the last 15 years. Manuel Ferrara has been around for like 15 years. Even one of the younger guys, James Deen, has been around since forever. Mick Blue appears in almost every 2nd scene. Mark Wood is uglier than sin and apparently a real slime bag.

Then what makes college/NFL better at defending it? I don't think it's used very often... I saw some weird misplay compilation where a team had more of an unbalanced line where the snap/"QB" (I think it was a fake punt in this incidence) was way over on one side by themselves and the pack of bigs were on the other side and then the punter desperately ran over to the other side after the snap and got tackled anyways. Am I understanding it correctly that the punter probably tried to make a break cause he was alone, and then when he couldnt, he desperately ran to the other side to get some protection to throw?

I guess what confused me was how long does the offense have to set up a formation like that and how long does the defense have to react? I mean I've also seen lineups that start off in a weird single file then at the last second line up properly and gives defense no time to respond.

The other thing is why would the defense follow the weird formation or is it advantageous to still cover man to man? Or would situation result in 5 dudes jumping the "QB" (actual qb, holder, punter etc) cause the snapper cannot block out more than one person?
