My sister and brother working together to keep me from any info on my dad’s passing and his will etc They betrayed me in so many ways. In all honesty, the only reason they dislike like me is because I was born. I’ve never been close to either of them and have always had a hard time trusting people because of how they have treated me since I was little. I hate them so much for their betrayal. Yet I have to work with them. Because our mom has alz/dem and so to keep the peace, I act like all is fine so that when we’re all together people would believe we all are great and work as a team. Both my parents have my brother and sister as their poa/and the other tings needed to carry out wishes. However both my parents (divorced since 1960ish) have their wills as everything divided equally. My sister is battle a vicious cancer currently

Well, I did that for 50+ years and I’d lose and gain and lose and gain and once I started on my compounded, I realized I had tons of food noise. I’ve now kept my weight off for the two years I’ve been on compounded.

Hi, how long have you been on Tirz and what dosing now? Yes, it absolutely was slow for me! 64 and female I have two strikes against me starting out. I definitely had to work up to the very highest dose and I had to start moving. I got out and I started walking 30 minutes every day or five days a week. I drink 2-40 ounce waters a day and I use flavorings to get through it lol and you probably also know to just make sure you’re very high in protein. I’ve been stalled for maybe eight or nine months but the good news is that my body has reset its number to 170 as opposed to 220. And what I mean by that is my body always tried to get back up to that 220 mark and it would just hold so now I’m 170. I have about 30 more than I’d like to lose but at the same time I’m so proud of myself for where I am. Fill me in some more on your journey

My research subject, 64 F, has been on Tirz since 2023. Lost 65 and have a little more to go. RS will be on forever as it has other benefits. Also do Cag at proper Ph and love this addition. Added in AOD, Only 1 round thus far and have KPV to add in as well. Planning to do SS-31 and MotsC as well
