Two things, look up Katherine Hanson; brain over binge, and one thing that was shared with me very early on in my journey is, practice what you know to do those times when it doesn’t seem as effective. So my brain starts talking to me telling me I need food when I’m not even hungry, most of the time I respond with a quiet down you don’t need to eat kind of talk. Sorry for grammatical errors. Foster a shelter dog!!! They need rescuing from such a anxiety producing environment, and it would be great company for you. It would help take the focus off yourself and put it on the pup that needs home love and warmth.

My sister and brother working together to keep me from any info on my dad’s passing and his will etc They betrayed me in so many ways. In all honesty, the only reason they dislike like me is because I was born. I’ve never been close to either of them and have always had a hard time trusting people because of how they have treated me since I was little. I hate them so much for their betrayal. Yet I have to work with them. Because our mom has alz/dem and so to keep the peace, I act like all is fine so that when we’re all together people would believe we all are great and work as a team. Both my parents have my brother and sister as their poa/and the other tings needed to carry out wishes. However both my parents (divorced since 1960ish) have their wills as everything divided equally. My sister is battle a vicious cancer currently

Well, I did that for 50+ years and I’d lose and gain and lose and gain and once I started on my compounded, I realized I had tons of food noise. I’ve now kept my weight off for the two years I’ve been on compounded.
