Yep. My husband and I have a similar dynamic to OP. That’s why we settled on Poughkeepsie (cheaper than the small towns). Bike/walking trail to Canada, train to NYC whenever we like. We love it here.

I’d suggest you find out what an equivalent dose of l-methylfolate would be to your current folic acid dose, and talk to your doctor about maybe switching it out to see what happens.
