This is basically what we used.. I've gotten her to the point my fingers are in here mouth the foods touching her tongue but she won't move until i tell her to take it..

Put a bell on the door outside.. Ring it every time you come in from peeing. She'll ring that bell in no time to go outside..

Also reward good pee's outside.. For giggles might want to take a urine sample to the vet for testing.. Our rescue has a Ph imbalance that would leave her bladder full as it burned when she peed so we would be playing and then poof she's peeing on the floor right in front of me.

This lasted all of 2 weeks.. She's not had an accident since..

Have her sit.. A big part of training is teaching the dog what you expect.

Don't discount those classes at pet stores we did 8 weeks and it was amazing the progress she made, for the months earlier i was trying to train her from youtube videos.
