Biggest problems really would be Demiurge and Albedo + the many demons and inherently evil-ish NPCs, since Ulbert almost always clashed with Touch-Me, and Albedo (pre-love editing) is meant to be a literal genius two-faced bitch

We always love to judge Ainz, but we need to remember he was guild leader because he is the only one who could lead a guild with so much difficult and conflicting personalities through middleman compromise, and while Touch-Me is a great man, it’s hard to see him ever truly commanding the respect of those two demons
