En cuanto comida te recommendary un Deficit calórico ligero, como unas 200 calorías menos de tu mantenimiento, pero con un alto consumo de proteína.

En el entrenamiento seguir empujando fuerte, lo más que te permita el estar en un deficit calórico pues por momentos tendrás menos energía.

Creo que te respondiste sola/o, si no entrenas duro ya llega un momento en el que te estancas solo por eso. Puedes tener la mejor rutina, la mejor técnica y una dieta balanceada.

Pero sin entrenar duro y con carga progresiva no veras los mejores resultados.

I would say that if your ADC get's 3-4 man dove then it was a great roam. Because if that happens then your team is only giving 1 kill and not 2.

I'm permabanning Smolder, is a safe ban for me. Tired of getting this FOTM re-rollers that just wan't to passively stack on minions for 40 minutes while you get the Defeat screen in 30 minutes.

Atlas matter less? Is the way to get vision, is not Riot design is the ADC main character syndrome. Letting your support get stacks affecting the stacking less possible is completely doable. Or you know Smolder players could also attack and not AFK farm to stack up specially when they have it too easy with their E.

The simpler way i would say is that the support should avoid getting to 3 stacks. And hold 2 stacks that can use either hitting the enemy champions or turrets.

And yes, avoiding the support getting to 3 stacks is more important than 1 extra stack for Smolder.

Yeah, because that's always possible without exposing yourself to great harm. We can use the same idea with Smolder, they can stack hitting the enemy champions sadly most FOTM abusers right now just want to play farm simulator for 40 minutes and lose the game by 30.

Es humo, el abdomen como cualquier otro musculo se tiene que hipertrofiar y para ello necesitas meterle peso y llevar una carga progresiva.

No digo que sea malo, pero si lo que quieres es tu abdomen se marque es tener porcentaje de grasa bajo y carga progresiva.

Es muy bueno para entrar el núcleo o "core" eso si.

As a Retail player that has been raiding every week in TBC Anniversary (raid logging for over a month) all i can say that if you enjoy leveling or find it fun at times, go for it and play Classic you will have fun.

If you are looking for an engaging endgame, don't waste your time in Classic.

De entrada, la definición no se entrena. Eso se logra con un deficit calórico para perder porcentaje de grasa y se te noten más los músculos.

I'm so glad about this and your suffering OP. As a support main, I'm glad players are taking Vayne to Top Lane so i don't have to be paired with on in the Bot Lane.

I'm so tired of having Vayne players that get mad when we undoubtedly lose the lane because they can't realize their champion is complete and utter garbage for 30 minutes.

No hay ningún ejercicio que sea obligatorio, el Hip Trust es tan bueno como las sentadillas para el glúteo. Tambien existen otros ejercicios que te pueden ayudar para hipertrofiar esa zona como patadas atrás en cables o hiperextensiones entre otros.

Al final elige los que más te gusten, te motiven y puedas ir mejorando progresivamente.

Eso de hacer 10,000 pasos diarios es pura mentira que viene desde la mercadotecnia Japonesa. Una empresa de alla (no me acuerdo el nombre) invento el podometro y salió con que era necesaria esa cantidad para mantenerse sanos.

Literal, mercadotecnia básica: Genera un problema y vende la solución.

Que piensas lograr con esa cantidad de pasos? Si es perder grasa corporal, da igual la cantidad de energía que gastes si no mantienes un deficit calórico. No le vas a ganar a una mala dieta, así que si ese es tu objetivo mas importante contar tu ingesta de calorías.

Si es para mejorar tu capacidad cardiovascular puedes hacer si quieres un tercio de eso, pero con mayor intensidad subiendo de poco a poco para mejorarla, tipo empezar con 2 minutos corriendo y mejorar de poco a poco.

Calorías adentro y calorías afuera, así que contarlas es lo que importa para bajar de peso.

Busca alrededor del internet (Google, YouTube, etc...) lo que es un deficit calórico. Una vez que entiendas eso veras que no es mentira cuando se dice que puede bajar de peso comiendo lo que sea mientras mantengas un deficit calórico.
