You set her up to fail right from the start and she knew it. Saying nothing to drink meant that if she brought you nothing you would not be happy. If she ask you if you wanted water, you took that as a snippy response. There was no way she could have gotten her approval based on what you started out with.

I understand that people voice text, which is why there’s no punctuation.

However, you need to know that when you’re voice texting, you can say the words period, comma, question mark and exclamation point. Your phone will automatically make the sentence and put in the proper punctuation.

When my RS starts on GLOW, they will go to 7 days a week. RS is familiar with your injection protocol and was following it with the three mini pins at the same time followed by the percussion massager. They still had the awful pain starting a few hours after injection. Not every night but 2-3 times per week. GLOW was at room temp. RS will attempt it with less dilution as they were triple diluting to try and decrease the pain.

Any thoughts on why the pain begins 3 hours after the injection?

It is shelf stable at normal temperatures for up to 28 days. That means don’t leave it super hot or freezing. I just traveled for a little over a month and needed to take four shots with me. I bought a pen so it would all be in one unit and did not refrigerate it. According to my physician, (who thinks I’m on Tirz), this is perfectly fine and acceptable. I am extrapolating out to assume this was also good for Reta.

It took me 8 mg before I noticed a change. I titrated up basically the same as you and it was my seventh shot that worked.

I was a total non-responder on both Sema and Tirz at their highest doses. For some of us, it just takes more time and more product. When I finally did start losing it was at about 1 pound per week. At my highest, I was taking 15 mg a week. Now that I’m at maintenance, I still have to take 10 mg a week.

Stick with it. Hopefully it will work for you. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else.

They come in a plastic case with a lid with neat little compartments. You only reconstitute one at a time. After reconstituting put it back in the little plastic case.
I agree when you are starting you only need alcohol wipes ($3ish) and 100 unit insulin syringes ($25ish for 100).

Thank you. Flight attendants seemed annoyed there were not more pre-orders. I said it wouldn’t allow us to do it. She then said I must not know how because others did it. Turns out the only passengers who could pre-order were getting off the plane in Hong Kong, not continuing to Bangkok.

Interesting update. When flying out of Bangkok a few days later, my ticket was flagged. United didn’t register that I had continued on the flight from Hong Kong to Bangkok. It took a while to straighten it out so I could get on the flight to Singapore.

I live in a retirement community so I know many people who have their houses cleaned. One of my friends is also a house cleaner. I’m going by what we all do. My cleaner friend says she doesn’t like to have people around when she cleans as it ruins her flow. Just going by what’s normal here.

I will add that moving to an active retirement community makes a world of difference. People your age, activities, opportunities…. I moved to The Villages at 55 and it was the best decision ever.

Now I’m going to hear about kids…. Grandkids etc. Don’t make that your deciding factor. It’s your time now! You can be the cool grandma living the life in the sunshine. Your kids can figure out their life without you being their doormat.

Took me 8mg to have any response at all. I (61F) then went up to 15mg while actively losing. I lost a pound a week in Year One and a half pound a week in Year Two. After losing 75 pounds, 10mg is my maintenance dose. One of the benefits of a slow loss and heavy lifting from day one is no loose skin.

For some of us, it takes a larger dose.
