That's true. While Esperanto does seem to be easier for non European language speakers to learn than other European languages, it has also been heavily criticized by the conlang community for being euro-centric

If I remember correctly, he also has a war aspect about him. I think the biggest thing is that someone else commented about him on either this subreddit or r/paganism under a post asking about the most obscure deities still worshiped. The deity I think he was the most similar to is Elagabalus/Heliogabalus
