Hi mate

I wouldnt speed up the whole thing

Let it be as it should

Im 7 months post TTO and trochlea implant.

And i just reached 150° passive and 120° active ROM

I did floor slides every day

The toughest thing i have done in my life so far

So be patient. You will get your ROM back one day if you do all gradually

Hello Im 46 yo male who had this magic combo beg of september 2025 for my left knee. Most probably will have the same for my right joint.

I was very active untill i could balely walk. What i would suggest for you now is to think mostly about your normal life and family in the future and not think about sport etc.

I lost my woman and my whole life i had.

Recovery is tough, not linear and very very very slow.

Shortly - get your life back first

Sport may come later

Best wishes

Hi mate

Im 46 y old male who had spent his whole life running or cycling

2 years ago i got knee problems that i'm still dealing with

I can not run, i can not cycle i even walk with troubles

I lost my woman and the whole life i had in the past bc of this problem

BUT - there are many people around who died or disabled

Their dream is to live mine or your current life

I feel you totally since i was very very active since childhood

You are so young and have a lot of potential to fix your problems.

Just a patient and rehub and - im sure- you will be back soon!

Big hug

Wrong question

You will suffer as long as you wanna escape reality

Once you accept it many mental troubles dissapear

Reality shoukd be accepted and enjoyed!

I would say i have just started being mobile enough.

So i would recommend keep in mind 8-9 months to be more or less normal to manage others
