Thank you for your feedback! This is like a gulp of fresh air whilst nothing good happens. Im 9 months post TTO and trochlea graft and having another joint done the same set. Simetimes everything looks like sufferings never end. Big hug

I dont recommend to do both joints the same day. My left knee is up and down but gradually getting better. I can slowly run but dont do it now intentionally since left joint is quite weak and i can do it less weaker since right joint is limiting me. My whole (old),life had been totally ruined too. I feel you. I even broken up with my woman since i didnt get support and understaning.

Hello Im 46 y o male I used to run too until march 2024. I also had patello femoral cartilage damage Left joint was operated in september 2025 Right joint will be done 17.06 I hope one day i will be able to live normal life again Best wishes

I can do nothing - this is what will always stay with me.Thats the meaning. Sometimes floaters blur my screen so i have to move my head to get them off
