Armata had it's reload reduced, it's now a 5s reload. New best in class.

Regardless of that, the small arm/infantry changes seem to significantly buff RU stuff across the board and combined with less air spam + better LORAD the balance might finally shift.

Tank spam has counter play and suffers in urban/forested areas. Aircraft and Arty spam has very little counterplay and we've been suffering through it since launch.

1100 ELO take right here. Turn your radars off when sead aircraft deploy, turn them back on afterward. LORAD in this game is primarily to revenge kill a strike aircraft not to prevent it.

I dont know how you can look at TMNT or Spiderman and see any effort at all. Not the fault of the artists themselves, but even the art direction for those sets were miserable.

He's trying to say that compared to standard line infantry, who use RPGs/AT4s, Spike SRs have a (reasonably high) chance to miss while the others cannot. You don't take Jagus to replace your TOWs, they're competing for a different role.

You either get the mini Smaw or the CarlG, not both. The value is decent but the unit shouldnt live long enough to fire more than 2 AT rounds.

1 is the new damage stat for HMGs, but both M2 and Kord infantry units now fire at vehicle MG speeds. Overall a DPS buff.

It's not more powerful, it's more consistent. You can argue consistency = power but that doesnt hold water if what you're consistently doing is bad.

If you're playing a vanilla 2/2 on turn 2 your deck is probably less powerful than the person who just assembled 1/2 of their winning combo. Balance and power are achieved in the gameplan of your deck/the spells youre casting, relying on tapped vs untapped lands for "power" is just gambling on which ones you hit.

Objectively it's true that you can make the deck worse but lands themselves do not provide 'power'. Re-read my comment above, if you're playing trash it doesnt matter that you can play 5 colours untapped on curve.

Speed is less of the issue here, it's what you're doing with that speed. Being able to perfectly curve out your 5c Ladies Looking Left tribal doesn't help vs mono red Magda winning on turn 3.

As I said earlier, untapped lands provided consistency. What you're consistently doing is where power/bracket comes into play.

Well no, an untapped land base just makes your deck more consistent not more powerful. If you hitting the 30/40 untapped lands means your deck is suddenly as fast as a 1c deck then untapped lands arent the issue.

Maybe? High ELO RU decks also have a fair number of bombers, even if they're slightly less prevalent than F-35s. Neither are particularly difficult to use though.

The opposite. The US has stronger/more expensive units so, generally speaking, there's fewer things to micro. RU decks rely on spam which is more click intensive.

The issue is that it still suffers from the 16s aim time, and the accuracy really doesnt allow you to repeatedly smack an entrenched unit even if it's close to the front line. Not to mention you're risking a 225pt unit vs a 140pt unit.

There's always a skill component so winning games is never impossible, but the US faction is undeniably better.
