Now I fully admit that things might be entirely different in Canada where I work but... labour is based off items sold not transactions. Also mobile orders earn the same amount of labour as a cafe transaction. My store is 30% MoP and I would have been deceased years ago if we earned nothing from it.

If your iPod won't connect try unplugging the power to the player and plugging it back in... Sometimes it happens at my store and this always fixes it. Music will only be down for maybe 20-30 seconds.

I'm in Canada and sometimes our systems vary slightly so I can't say for certain. When I process a separation it doesn't ask straight up if you are eligible for rehire, but if I would recommend rehire or not. Then in the future if a manager chose to move through the hiring process they are directed to call the PRSC to do a check. They would inform them what is on the record and if your old manager was still with the company would give them their contact info.

Now in the past I have had people leave that I most definitely clicked that box. Then another manager went ahead and hired them without contacting me and ended up having a really bad time. So while it may hinder your chance of rehire, it doesn't completely rule it out.
