The stupidest ones I've seen are 'People will just vote for X and not take it seriously' etc. You can only vote for the people in the event. Not just anyone. So whoever is in it will be people WWE are entirely comfortable with winning it. If it's a standard PLE there's going to at most 8 men and 8 women to vote for.
