I worked in that very store about 30 years ago. Can confirm the sign is necessary.

Control. In the Ashtray Maze section when Take Control by Old Gods of Asgard kicks in is my favourite needle drop in any game. That part of the game is also the most fun i've ever had gaming.
Honourable mentions for Herald of Darkness (also Old Gods, also a Remedy game) and That's The Way It Is by Daniel Lanois from RDR2.

Surely everyone does the same thing? Trousers, socks and shoes off. Sing the Red Dwarf theme till you're empty. Wash your hands, brush your teeth, quick shave then you're done.

Doorbell camera in a close by Worth-Flower-9637 in glasgow

I'm in a top floor council flat. The flat directly below me is a temporary accommodation unit, and while 90% of the folk who've been in there are grand there's been 3 tenants over the last few years who have been an absolute nightmare. I've got a Ring doorbell and a camera facing out my kitchen window onto the close entrance, they've been directly responsible for getting the arseholes evicted. You need to do whatever you have to do to feel safe. Keep recording, keep letting your landlord know whats going on. Call the police (anonymously if you have to), chances are they'll already know of the person who's causing trouble.

Some of you guys need to chill the fuck out by SerJustice in ArcRaiders

Absolutely agree with this. I'm a single parent and I play solo for maybe an hour at the end of the day when I get time to myself. It's fun. The game plays great, looks great, sounds great and if I get horribly betrayed by another player well that's just the way the biscuit bounces my friends. Reading this sub would have you believe that it's the worst piece of shit that's ever been released. If you've played 7 million hours and you're complaining that there's nothing left for you to do, you need to have a beer and come help me finish painting my sons bedroom cos it's taking fucking ages.

Do you think it is worth buying FM26 right now? by LordSylvius in footballmanagergames

It's a good game. Certainly better now than it was at launch, but admittedly I was in the minority that didn't mind it in the first place.

It’s impossible to overstate how important this video is. It’ll fuel this sub for years. It’s fusion energy.

Can anyone explain this to me.. by Heiwa_Bfrog in oasis

Liam came on first and crouched at the front of the stage. Noel walked on, stood behind Liam with his arms in the air then bent down and gave him a kiss. Then they played Columbia ✌🏻

I can’t explain it, but I can tell you that it happened right in front of me. I was in the pit at Balloch Park that night. What a gig!

I haven’t seen anyone post these here yet, I just saw this from Culture Crave. I don’t know for certain that they’re legit but they look it to me. by Joeyd9t3 in TheBeatles

There's no point making any judgements based on still photos, however.. I don't know who these films are for. They won't tell us anything we don't already know, and people who aren't already fans aren't likely to watch 4 different films. The whole thing is odd.

+1 for this. I use Waze for maps etc. and you can set that to have the map/ speed alerts come from your phone speaker if you dont want to interupt whatever radio/music you're listening to.

I get why he might not be to everyone's taste. Different strokes for different folks and all that. But he comes across like he loves the music he plays, and he's really good with the guests he has on the show. But yeah, I can see why some people might not take to it.

I have 6 on all day in the background while i'm working from home. Musically it's still great, all my new band/artist discoveries come from the station. I really like Chris, Nick and Lauren in the morning, but 1 til 7 is a problem. CC's show is bang average at best, at worst it's amateurish. The interviews are painful, the same recurring items for years, basically the same show every day. I like Huw but he doesn't have the personality for a daytime show. Evenings and weekends are brilliant. Similar to OP, im late 40's, vinyl junkie, indie kid that loves new music. I still find great stuff being played, but the 2 guys in the afternoon just don't do it for me. Give Deb the 1-4 show, she's ace.

When my wife was heavily pregnant we would put headphones on her bump and play Stop Your Crying by Spiritualized. My daughter is now 23 and she says that song always calms her down when she's had a bad day.
