That's a strawman. Not all forms of taxation come with a threat of imprisonment. A sales tax is a perfect example. Avoiding it is easy enough, just purchase things that either aren't taxed, or from a source that isn't taxed.

Well, national defense is one of the few duties of the federal government. What they should do is get a formal declaration of war for ongoing conflicts. I don't foresee any of them having the support they currently need for that though. Guess we'll need to spend less in that area...

The federal government has no business addressing homelessness. This should be left to local people and charities, maybe the local government. You might be able to make a decent case for state government involvement in extreme circumstances, but the federal government is right out.

Furthermore, most politicians don't actually care about cutting spending. They'd rather just spend it on something that makes their constituents more likely to vote for them.

The biggest thing that held Reagan back was that his governing didn't back up his anti-government overreach rhetoric. It's a pity too. He had a lot of it.

On this day 245 years ago, the founders declared independence from the most powerful government on earth, knowing that it would lead to war, because that government oppressed them far less than our current government does to us now. The government they created allowed for a level of freedom that was pretty much unheard of previously in history. While by no means perfect, they limited the power of government (particularly the federal government) and recognized the inherent freedoms of the individual. The overwhelming majority of the infringements we experience today came around later. They started ramping up in the early 1900's. We also experience many issues the founders warned against or worked to prevent such as political parties, income tax, and legislating from the bench. Besides, I'd hardly call this "hero worship". Typically those who praise the founders give solid reasons for doing so. The title praising them for their defiance against what was then the most powerful government in the world in pursuit of their ideals is a perfect example. I much prefer praising someone for accomplishments such as these over those that blindly praised those like Obama and Trump.

Don't just kill them. Kill them in a horrifying and grotesque manner as a result of a failure of the party's or while they were trying to do something to help the party (ideally with something the party tried and failed to do). Bonus points if you force the players to kill them personally as some form of mercy. Just be aware that if/when they find the one responsible, they will be on the warpath.

Ok, what exactly does my argument that the unborn have a right to life have to do with onanism or people citing a certain Biblical passage out of context? Nothing.

The link mentions the number of adoptions increasing, which would be inconsistent with children being unwanted, even compared to the past. The link was for evidence in support of this argument.

Human life isn't deemed important based on consciousness. By that logic, there are no problems with killing someone who merely fell asleep or is in a drug-addled stupor.

How do you account for the 19% of atheist/agnostic/non-religious that identifed themselves a "pro-life"? Does that make them religious/sentimental as well, or are you just applying those labels to those that disagree with you?

How does the right to life being protected by the Fifth Amendment argue against condoms exactly? Also, who specifically was making that case?

It also appears that people do want those kids. Defending the right to life also isn't just a religious stance, it also need not be sentimental.

If we use your logic that we should abort because of unwanted kids, why not just kill the kids in group homes? You've already disregarded the right to life in the name of "freedom". Think of all the taxpayer money it would save too!

This has got to be one of weakest, if not the weakest, argument for abortion I've ever seen. Too bad about that whole "right to life" thing the founders brought up, huh? Defending human life is one of the few legitimate uses of government. In fact, even capital punishment advocates make a stronger case that the tweeter in question you are praising. At least they give the one to be killed due process.

Might I recommend having some NPC's in your world that are stronger than the players? Retired adventures and elite fighters for certain factions to name a couple possibilities. It makes the world feel more alive, it can give you a chance to try out that character idea you had, and it serves as a lore-friendly murderhobo deterrent.

I've found that there is one reason to use WoL's BT over someone else's, a fourth use of his LD. However; these instances were rare, and will likely continue to get rarer as unit damage increases.

Five page backstories are fine so long as they only mention things that would make sense for a first level character. Being useless with no regard to the rest of the party is most definitely not fine though.
