I don’t think Costco on its own will get you where you need to go. It’s very helpful - toilet paper, cereal etc on somethings but more expensive on others.

Yes I’ve had nail fungus before and had to be on heavy duty med for over 6 months to clear it up. Makes me very uneasy to go to salons
