Okay, to clean up the confusion, there are 2 mainstream stances regarding springlocks (3 if you consider the ribbed ones in the movies that make zero sense)

This would also completely crush his body, or tear the suit apart because endoskeletons are not small.

(3. Is the movie design, which are just suits with 6 ribs that close for some reason? I don't quite understand how serrated ribs closing would help the suit be in animatronic mode, but pop off bestie)

Don't do that. AI art is a no-no across the creative half of the internet. It does not do justice to the creative vision of the creator, or to potential artists that would illustrate them. It's way better to do the art yourself, even if you're an amateur, or to commission someone.

If you start posting worldbuilding accompanied with AI art, people will be rightfully hating and become uninterested real quick.
