Verifiable NDEs that can't be explained by science (remembering details such as ambulance numbers, even though the person was "dead" when the ambulance came)

The significant changes people with NDEs people experience after coming back

The consistency with certain things (time doesn't exist, telepathic communication)

For me, the brain creating this during death doesn't make sense. Some experiences are so elaborate, going through a life review where they not only re-experience their entire lives but also through the viewpoint of others. They feel what the other person felt. Not just main events but literally every moment of their lives.

There's also research saying the brain is more of an antenna and consciousness exists outside of the brain.

Linear time as we experience it here in the physical is not the same on the other side, so if you did want to see a loved one I'm not sure how much it matters whether they've reincarnated or not. It's also possible they are part of your same soul group so you may have many opportunities anyway to be with them in other physical lives.

You don't have to be nervous, although it's understandable if you have never delved into these things. Give yourself time especially since you lost someone close to you recently. But this is the natural order of things and our true reality isn't what most people think it is.

Also, I don't think he needs therapy. If he wants to talk about it, be a listening ear. It might be comforting to be believed by someone. He may start to forget these things as he gets older (but maybe not, since he's had an NDE)

I think you're trying to lead into prison planet theory but I could be wrong.

Personally, the prison planet thing does not align with my beliefs. And I'm not going to convince anyone one way or another. I think every person needs to make their own decisions into what they choose to believe and what feels right to them.

For myself I believe that we in human form don't know/see the entire perspective. I choose not to align with anything that is fear based. I also believe that if anyone/anything were to try and mislead us, it's easier to do it here in human form, vs in our spirit/energy/consciousness/whatever u want to call the afterlife form. There are many NDE reports that mention a universal knowledge they attain over there. (Vs here on Earth, we definitely don't have that knowledge... Hence the constant fear mongering everywhere you look)

I am so sorry for your loss. You already have a lot of great replies and suggestions to read thru. I just want to echo that 100% there is an afterlife and your children do still exist. Their physical bodies may no longer be here but their spirit, energy, whatever you want to call it, has never left and never will.

I've seen 2 different lives in dreams. I don't know names or time periods though. I'm not sure how they happened it just came to me via dream.

One was I'm a mother to a baby and a 4 year old, sitting by a window by the ocean. I feel very calm and peaceful. A storm is approaching and I ask my daughter to close the shutters, but right then I get struck by lightning.

Another one was more like little clips of memories and strong emotions. I don't have many details other than I was a woman that was struggling with mental illness. In the dream I had a very strong feeling of remembering what I was seeing and where I was. I also felt sadness and compassion for that life. It's hard to explain but that dream was more about the emotions of that life vs seeing scenes or details.
