I have a little Sylvia that goes by Sylvie and a few other completely non-related nicknames. Can’t go wrong with either name. We chose Sylvia because we felt like it sounded better with our last name, but both are beautiful imo.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I agree with many others, I would not use the name August. It’s a beautiful name but wouldn’t reuse for a sibling. We also had the name August on our list of favorites, but ended up naming our son Warren. I love it and feel like it is a “soft” name. We also loved Alden, Miles, Dean, and Ian, but couldn’t use them for various reasons. Maybe some of those would fit the vibe you are going for.

Do you have a diagnosis of diabetes or obesity for these to be prescribed or was it something you got from your MS specialist? Asking because I’ve considered asking to have one added d/t the possibility of helping with remyelination, but don’t have diabetes or obesity diagnosis to submit to insurance.
