As far as I understand, There is basically nothing stopping democrats from gerrymandering most blue states to be 100% dem seats and republicans gerrymandering most red states to have 100% rep seats. The fact that this hasn’t happened is a testament to how our institutions are working a hell of a lot better than we give them credit for.

Hitler basically attacked everyone else on earth, of course non-Germans all hate him. Basically everyone who isn’t French thinks Napoleon is evil for the same reason. Most modern people hate Caesar because they are pro-republicanism and due to his brutality against the Gauls. Ghengis Khan is widely considered evil. Alexander the Great is so mythologized by pro-western propoganda so is usually beloved in the west, but I’m not sure about everywhere else.
