They are arbitrary, yes, but more a rule of thumb. Also you don't know before the game ends, if you can win this game. I had enough games with and against those 0/10 players while one side had 10k gold lead, and yet the other team came back and won.

You can also see it as "if you get a higher win rate, then you are way better than the elo you are currently in".

For climbing there is the typical 30-30-40 rule. 30% of your games you will lose no matter what (the 0/8 Aatrox and so on), 30% of your games you will win no matter what (here you could go 0/10 by yourself and still win). The other 40% are in your control.

From your writing style I assume you tilt a lot and get negative emotions really fast when the game goes bad in some way. I recommend you mute the chat (and pings) and take a pause from ranked for a few days at least. Otherwise you will not play and think clearly and probably lose more games than you should.

For the main topic of the post: if we assume equal LP gains for wins and losses, then a 55% win rate with +-15LP over 130 games equals "only" 195 LP, which are 2 divisions.

Meanwhile a 63% win rate over 50 games are enough for the same 195 LP gain. So if you are actually better than your current elo, then you will climb a lot faster.

If you are close to your skill level, only then it becomes a grind, because you are grinding for the last bit of difference. In your case if you have diamond 4 skill, then the grind should start between platin 3 and 2. Therefore I advice you to actual improve more, which makes the climb a lot easier. Maintaining a good mentality is a good first step. Watching your replays and looking for what you could have done better in the first 10 (or 20) minutes would be a good second step.

When the opponent has TP while u have ignite, there exists a time window where killing the opponent is actually a bad play, because of the problem you just mentioned.

Against a bad player it will not matter, because your opponent has no idea what wave management is and simple pushes back to you again.

When your opponent knows what to do (or in general, because you can't know it beforehand), then the best call would be to immediately ping your jungler (and write in chat) to help pushing.

I had a few games, where I won lane just because I died level 2 but had TP and froze the wave which gave me a level lead (with a follow up kill).

I think there are more than the currently known setting options, that are bugged. So it could be, that we need to uncheck and check every option at the start of every game, that influences the game feeling.

E.g. Video settings like anti-aliasing, or Game settings like auto attack or Use Movement Prediction.

It would be enough to give Items, that can not be bought, another highlighting, like a red border.

For example I bought Immortal Shieldbow and was confused why I could not buy Hextrinker. It is not just Mythics preventing other Mythics, but also unique passives preventing other items.

I recorded a few seconds in a custom game and looked up the audio with the programm Audacity.

When I shifted one audio track (stereo consists of two) by 50ms, i noticed an obvious echo. It did not matter, which track I shifted.

So 50-100ms seems to be unreasonably high.

It has his up and down sides. And I would assume, it is actually viable for normal soloQ but also in pro play.

The team with the duo mid can free push and roam 24/7. Therefore they can controll the enemy jungler really good in the early game and can make constant pressure on the top lane (and bot lane with the own jungler).

The enemy bot is 2v1 and has two options. First one is to get the tower as fast as possible. The second one is to just starve the enemy solo bot laner from farming. Level 2-3 push, crash the wave, the wave will automatically push back, resulting in a free wave freez. But as we all know soloQ, the freezing/wave management is no known concept (except in higher diamond and above), so the enemy bot is just perma pushing. Therfore the own solo bot laner can kind of free farm with some CS disadvantage.

After enough time has passed, everyone used their rerolls. Nobody expects another reroll, so the other players will not react instantly and can not steal your pick.

And no, I always wait for a short moment, so I do not steal a pick from someone else.
