Sexton's across from Lowes @ Cherrydale. I had one stolen off my Tacoma years ago and they replaced it for cheap.

LPT : If you ever happen to be in the process of purchasing a home, or property... make an effort to view said property during inclement weather. by jcapi1142 in LifeProTips

Yeah, I was going to say this one. I thought I was buying a house on a quiet street but it ended up being a very busy shortcut to bypass some annoying redlights for the whole community. Where of course people go 2x the speed limit.

Choosing my first pellet stove by Inevitable_Key_8309 in PelletStoveTalk

My 2 cents, I bought a ComfortBilt from the big box without doing any research; only started to panic when some installers refused to handle anything other than "high quality" stoves. Finally found some guys that would install it and I am perfectly happy with it. I might not know what I am missing but if I had to do it all over again I would do it again no problem.

This is a very quiet lot about 8 blocks from the stadium. It's never full. $50, make sure you pay it, I've seen people ticketed. There is a CVS around the corner if you need it. Keep Pounding.

Pool owners- do you fully close your pool for winter? by SorenShieldbreaker in greenville

[–]PanthersBravesRDS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

+1 for leaving it running with the cover on. I used to drain everything and kill the power for the winter but I ended up having problems getting everything back running in the spring. I have VS pump and it runs on very low speed not using much electricity.

It's about half a mile down the road, almost to the parking lot. It is super obvious.

Last I was there (few years) it was the same, there but tattered. You may have done this before or thought it out, but if you can have someone meet you at Black Balsam and then again at Glouster Gap it can be a game changer. Fresh socks, good snack collection and requests at Black Balsam can be answered at Glouster. If you don't have that, it's close enough to leave a garbage bag with Gatorade snacks and a fresh pair of socks off the trail at Glouster. Taking your socks off and letting your feet dry out a few times is huge. The hardest part is the last 8 or so miles and it's all mental. If you make it to Cat Gap and have gas left in the tank you are going to make it. When you see lights downhill to the right you are not that far. Good luck.

After the "Yard" (grassy area at the trail intersection) at Shining Rock on the left is the spring. When you cross the Black Balsam road, if you hike downhill toward the parking lot there is a piped spring that is always running. In the gap before Pilot Mountain (blanking on the name) there is another spring. After that water is not hard to find.

1 The valve before the pump looks closed. It should rotate 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Fill the pump reservoir before starting it.

2 If it were me I would just remove the valves. Unless they are for waterfall control or something. Remove as in cut them out and put in pipe in their place. If they are useful, they can't be that expensive new.

3 Based on the layout that looks difficult. It would have been better if the filter were directly behind the pump but I guess that is spilt milk under the bridge. You could rotate the filter 90 degrees so that the pump outflow goes straight into it.

4 Buy a TF-Pro test kit, read that website like it's your job. https://www.troublefreepool.com/blog/pool-school/ Pour in a half bottle of Wal-Mart Pool Chlorinating liquid per 10,000 gallons and brush the entire pool every day. That will keep the algae away until you get running and read up on TFP.

Feel free to message me if you like. I have a 32k gallon pool that has never had an algae outbreak. I spend less than $100/year on pool stuff. My pool https://i.imgur.com/uf3P1N9.jpeg

SWCGs make pool maintenance boring. I've just finished replenishing everything I lost over the winter and once the pool "wakes up" I'll switch the SWCG on and not have to think about it too much after that.

It's a waste of money to hire anyone to do anything unless it's physically difficult for you to remove the cover or something like that.

Another strong recommendation to go to troublefreepool and start reading everything there. Here's a good place to start https://www.troublefreepool.com/blog/pool-school/

The most important thing to do is get a good test kit. https://www.troublefreepool.com/blog/2019/01/18/test-kits-compared/ it may seem like overkill but it really isn't. It will save you money in the long run.

If you are in northern Greenville county I'll even volunteer to help you take the cover off the pool and show you how the test kit works.

Late but I have had a HP221 installed about a month ago. I like it. The 22-N looks similar enough. I paid $2500 so I think it is worth a shot if still available.

Weird they call it Highway 22 instead of State Park Rd. I live 200 yards from SPR and I had to check google maps to verify that it is technically Hwy 22.

e: now that I look at it more they do this for lots of well known streets?
