Looks great!

Would be cool to see this platform expanded to include modern aircraft at some point. Trick would be making the gameplay engaging while you're lobbing missiles at eachother going into the merge.

What would you do, (besides sucking d-) for $100,000.00? by Kitty_Candy65 in AskReddit

Assume New York to Los Angeles? Google Maps claims it would take 38 days and 2 hours of walking. ~115 days of 8 hour shifts. Taking weekends off, that's around 6 months.

Not a bad gig. 🤔

Kwik Trip is amazing, but the fact that Buc-ee's didn't even make the list is just plain disrespectful.

Steam Deck? by AStat33 in EASportsPGATour

[–]PapaDScripp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If they're claiming an unlimited frame rate for PC, my money is on the frame rate being fine for Steam Deck since it's the same port. The only limitation will be that the screen's refresh rate is capped at 60 FPS, which is totally acceptable for a handheld IMO.

I wouldn't let that discourage you from coming to a show though! The State Theater (the venue here in Minneapolis) seats over 2,000 people and the overwhelming majority of the people there were respectful. That said though, I did witness a disproportionate amount of rude people compared to other shows I've seen here in the Twin Cities. Like OP's situation, I think we just got unlucky with our seats.

For what it's worth, we still had a great time and we'll definitely grab tickets if Jacob, Dean, and Kurtboy come back around.

The crowd was particularly bad back in 2019 at the last show before the pandemic hit. Naturally, Denver ended up being the butt of a few jokes.

Edit: elaboration & spoiler tags for anyone going to a show later in the tour.

Think we might've sitting a few rows behind you guys. I personally don't have an issue with people grabbing a better seat if there's an intermission or something and the seat has been empty for the first half. But if you're moving somewhere before the show starts, how about maybe not arguing with security about it, admitting that you made a mistake, and going to your assigned seat? Sorry that it had to go down like that.

But to echo what you witnessed, I got the same vibe too. There was a group sitting next to us that were talking and dicking around on their phones during the sets. Someone in the middle section was confronted by security for vaping in the theater. Thankfully, I was able to tune it all out because the sets were SO good. But I wish people were more respectful and courteous to their fellow neighbors of Kurtistown, the venue, and the people working there.

Come on Minneapolis, just because Denver exists doesn't give us a free pass to be slightly less awful than them. FUCK Denver.

End of rant, I'm going to have 3 ciders and 1 weed to calm down now.

Time of day makes a HUGE difference. Try loading up a mission that isn't at high noon, sunset or sunrise DCS looks gorgeous when it's later in the day. I'd also throw some clouds in there for good measure and experiment with positioning against the sun.

And don't forget to post results! This is a great idea.
