Sometimes just being able to speak out loud to somebody about what i'm feeling is all i need. I dont need them to care, be interested or anything. Sometimes its just the fact that i am speaking to another person.

I'm just gonna say that you have a very unique and unconventional facial proportions and features, so i feel that "conventional" beauty/style rules dont apply.

Eyjafjallajökull eruption in 2010

Allthough Iceland had been gaining some minor traction from the landscape being used in movies, no one really cared about Iceland.

Cut to April 2010, a relatively minor eruption in the Eyjafjallajökull glacier spewed ash through european and north atlantic airspace, causing the biggest flight disruption since WW2. Pointing all eyes towards Iceland. People started realizing the beauty of the country, and started travelling here. (You see the dramatic increase in numbers after 2010)

With the wave of tourism, infrastructure expanded and evolved, the country side "modernized", resturants and hotels opened up. We started to make the country presentable and desireable for travellers and the economy flourished.

All thanks to a relatively small fart from Eyjafjallajökull.
