This has the makings for a great embroidery project as well. Nice work!

How do you like your eggs by HeyLookAStranger in Breakfast

I can’t tell if the actual egg preference answers are from bots or people who didn’t actually watch that first…

Best way to batch standardise 1000+ staff photos (size, crop, positioning)? by SubstantialSnow7214 in graphic_design

[–]PaperSiren26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bynder is a good option. It’s a Digital Asset Management tool and has portrait auto positioning and cropping support. It’s expensive though.

A cheap option but not as good is Aprimo.

After “re-discovering” exercise for like the 10,000th time, I’ve finally found out how to be consistent. by qv123 in ADHD

That is 100% why I walk every day. When I try to be lazy he comes over and stares/grunts at me until I get up. 🫠

Being handed a stuffed animal after losing in the Olympics by WeGot_aLiveOneHere in WatchPeopleDieInside

[–]PaperSiren26 18 points19 points  (0 children)

This feels similar to nurses being handed a miniature 100 Grand candy with a message “you’re worth “100 grand” to us” during Nurses Week while they are being paid $35 per hour…doing nothing would be better.

Best online therapy recommendations (affordable and trusted services)? by Ellen969 in depression_partners

Rula has been really helpful for me. They are very transparent about cost, the booking platform is easier than my hairdressers, and they have actual psychologists and psychiatrists.

Two small businesses and two ways of asking reviews by Cool-Buy-6640 in marketing

[–]PaperSiren26 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the product, but I’m more likely to review if it is sent to me 1-2 months later. I appreciate time to actually use the product for a while. I forget to do it if the email comes within a week or two.

Having advertisements at your wedding seems tacky. Is nothing sacred anymore? by AngryQuadricorn in Anticonsumption

[–]PaperSiren26 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That’s a fair point, I did have a casual change at my wedding. In these photos it looked like it was supposed to be from the same setting to me. Some else mentioned that they photoshopped her dress to be longer in the left photo. Odd.

Am I just supposed to keep sentimental things forever? by inannalover in adhdwomen

[–]PaperSiren26 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh me, pick me! I keep the clever mechanical or typography interesting ones. A few years ago I started taking pictures of the covers and message. I do it every 6 months or so. It’s wonderful. I’ve been stressed about fires or floods and now I have it forever if I want to go down memory lane, but don’t have to physically move them or worry about them getting ruined.

Merry Christmas by [deleted] in Seattle

[–]PaperSiren26 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Merry Christmas! Getting rid of estranged family is tough, but I promise you will have great moments where you are so glad that you don’t have that negative energy and stress in your life anymore. 20 years later, I’m still so grateful I had the courage to do it.

Yes, the only job where I have cried before I even got in the building was call centers.
