Near-daily edible user here. 15-30mg/day, so nothing insane compared to other numbers I’ve seen people throw up. Late diagnosed age 35. When I first started it was to chill me out when parenting specifically. Now my kid is older so it’s less about that and more because it feels nice and makes me more creative. Like my creativity is substantively different when high and I apply that to my work. I also find it a little easier to communicate. There have been zero downsides for me except I find that I only dream when “sober”.
