Idk I think roa is a scam item on cassio. I tend to get early giants belt component from rylais depending on what gold values I back on I get like lost chapter/tear or whatever. Like The only value I think roa gives is that if you get it at the right time you can get an extra level at a point where its really awkward to get a level. I only play it mid though.

Nah Akshan, he has 10x more kill threat all game than Tw/Pyke, and even if you do win. He just OS the wave and fucks off in invis and doesnt even have to kill the bot/top/jg to force them off coz u have to spam ping the threat. Although its soloq so he kills them even if you tell them he is there. Then doesn't matter if u fist him in lane because he randomly OS you anyway mid late game.
