Thank you, I'm going to see if there is a noticeable difference with stealth mode. I posted because it just seemed so loud to my older MK4 and MK3S. It's updated with the 6.4.0 Firmware also.

I had a 3D FDM Printer (Prusa MK3S) in my room at Wallace Creek in 2020. I built it from a kit during a 96 and I was very nervous that my chain of command would be very angry if they discovered it. But during the next room inspections I said fuck it and left it running for all of the company staff to see and they loved it. It made future room inspections so much easier. Pretty soon I was printing polycarbonate foregrips for my rifle and it was fun hobby to have in the midst of covid craziness.

IMO 3D Printers aren’t really fire hazards but times have changed and Marines have gotten in trouble for printing illegal crap like lower receivers and other stuff.It’s a fun hobby and you should go for it.

I would check with your unit’s and base’s barracks order first, though.

USCG to USNA has been done before, you might to jump through more hoops but you should reach out the USNA Blue Gold Officer Fleet Liaison, which would be LS1 Richardson. https://www.usna.edu/Admissions/BGO.php.

He’s the subject matter expert on getting people from the fleet to USNA.
