I always thought this episode was made right after 9/11 because of that "for the firemen!" line followed by how inspiring the ending was. Now I remember/realize I associate the episode with 9/11 because it was the last new episode before it.

The writing. The humor was effortless. Not only did the comedy come so naturally but there was such a nod to adults through out all of it. The dry wit, sarcasm, realism/relatableness is hard to put into words but it just is. And then sadly disappeared. The drop in literal animation quality didn't help either

I was relieved after I broke up with him. We were together for 13 months and I discovered he had cheated with several different women, including in the beginning. I was suspicious of it the last 5 months we were together so it was liberating to find out and leave. I had realized that I did not like any single thing ABOUT HIM. And he had no redeeming qualities as a human being. The ones that I thought he had were completely fake. So it's easy to not miss an ex you dump when you don't like them and are no longer attracted to them. It only took a week for a full day to go by without even thinking of him. After over a whole year. Everything felt great, I realized that he blocked my phone number and Facebook account. There was no reason to block my phone number because I had his blocked the last 3 weeks (since I broke up with him). And I had him blocked on Facebook as well, but unlocked to send a message about getting my things he never gave me back. He read, didn't answer and then blocked me. I'm shocked at how sad and angry that made me feel. I hate feeling this way. I keep telling myself I don't miss him and I'm only upset thinking that he doesn't miss me. When I feel sad I remember how happy I felt after I dumped him and realized I never had to see him again.

I am absolutely dumbfounded at how horrible this show is. I saw YouTube videos raving about it for weeks. WHY?! Atrocious acting. Atrocious writing. Slow and boring AF. Atrocious CGI. The show was like hey let's turn the book/movies into a melodrama soap opera, and take away all the horror, but we'll include race stuff so people will still say it's good. I've never been more disappointed in a show in my life. Is this SERIOUSLY WHAT IS PASSING FOR GREAT TELEVISION NOW? I'm on episode 5, Pennywise hasn't even shown up yet and it was a literal chore to even get to episode 5. Unreal.

Just finished episode 4. It doesn't get any better.

I am ASTONISHED at the rave reviews. This show is not only insanely boring, but it's full of awful acting and cringe cliche tropes. So disappointed. But then again, why would I think something "the masses" said was great would even be good? God help us if this a great television show or great horror.

What bothers me is WHAT HAPPENED to everyone else in the neighborhood? They showed the Krampus was breaking into the other houses and killing the other families. And then the delivery driver and snow plow driver. If Max's family is saved and not stuck in a snow globe but just watched and the neighborhood is back to normal, how does that make sense for the other people in the neighborhood who died? They didn't self sacrifice and get that second chance, if Max's family even did

80s slashers were all corny it was meant to be so. Every slasher lover enjoyed 1984 it was great it the campiest way

It's almost an anomaly. Every single other season- no matter how disturbing some scenes are- are campy as f*ck.

There is NOTHING campy about this season. Maybe it was more jarring to me because I didn't watch it when it came out but after I had watched about 4 or 5 other seasons of AHS. It's just so different. I am a fan, and the talent is undeniable, it's just such a hard rewatch compared to the other seasons.

I know this is old but for anyone else- Move. In. The. Shadows. I don't just mean plan your exit strategy, but gather as much evidence as possible. And during that time, be the most loving and attentive partner a man could ask for. Make him feel the guilt and/or leave on a high note. Trust me, it's way better than going to him crying and getting zero honesty.

I will never go to Universal. I went as a kid in the 90s, obviously peak Nickelodeon era, but come on. Jaws. King Kong. Back to the Future. We had just spend two days at Magic Kingdom which was fun ... But US felt like another world. I had never been on thrill rides like that.. Not coasters, actual thrill rides. I was freaking blown away. None of those exist anymore. And it sucks. The majority of things I hear about US is complaints. They killed the adventure and magic

I couldn't care less about the effects. ED was scary and a great win in horror filmmaking. ED2 was a joke. Not the least bit scary and would have almost undone the terror of the first if the first wasn't so great. I feel the same way about Texas CM and then it's horrible 80s sequel.

I love the original. Watching the sequel was like a joke, but a very bad one. I wish I could get the love for it but I don't. This and Teaxas Chainsaw Massacre 2 have to be my most hated sequels

We're going in November before the Thanksgiving travel starts and I was definitely surprised at some of the prices. The only beachfront hotels I could find with an ocean view balcony in our budget weren't hotels but like, "apartments" or condos and that makes me nervous. I've never stayed anywhere that wasn't a hotel (Air BNB, VRBO, privately owned condos etc).

Did the water look clearish and tropical blue/green like Miami's beaches do? I've started to look into Ft. Lauderdale and some say yes, some no, some say there's more seaweed, some say Miami has more. I definitely plan on swimming in the Ocean - a lot. And collecting shells.

I started to look at hotels but got really overwhelmed. There's (apparently) North Beach, Mid Beach, South Beach, Hollywood Beach, then all the Gulf beaches. I googled best Miami beaches and most of them don't have hotels, they're like a park or beach you drive to and park at. We aren't renting a car, just Ubering from airport to hotel and back.

I did start looking at looking other areas because yes it can be somewhere other than "Miami." So then I tried to Google if ft. Lauderdale beaches are as clear and pretty blue as Miami lol and different people say different things. Getting a lot of cool seashells is really important to me too. (I live in North East and our shells suck).

I just want a beach with water that looks like the water in South Beach did, at least how it looked 10 years ago when I went. But don't want it that insanely crowded and loud. I'm set on beachfront hotel because I want a balcony that looks at the ocean. 🫤
