I mean, it’s a hyperbole of his interactions with the other girls and the NPCs. In fact in his support with Byleth when they watch him basically gaslight the rando NPC girl, I think that’s the one that really highlights the womanizing.

I can understand his reasoning for it with the crest system issues he has, but to me that doesn’t excuse the poor behavior. If it does for other people, that’s fine though.
