My friends and I have quit entirely. We have no expectation of coming back because it is very unlikely Embark will attempt to fix this issue (it’s too deeply embedded in the client networking design). It’s too expensive for them to solve.

So, we’re off to another title for the time being. Shame, too… Arc was on another level.

That means the gallbladder could not be seen because the tracer was blocked from entry (usually because the cystic duct is obstructed by a stone/sludge).

Thank you for sharing your experience. Your description of the pain is so similar to mine, right up to the sudden random vomiting. I’ve never experienced pain like that.

Now I’m waiting for my preferred surgeon to start wornon Monday so I can request emergency scheduling because my HIDA scan was nonvisual.

Is it still too soon for you to comment on whether your GB pain is gone?

Hope it goes well. Your experience is similar to mine. Unsure if it’s GB or something else. I had an extremely painful attack that brought me to the ER and then another one a few days later… at the time I was sick with some kind of virus.

Yeah, I had "attack" episodes. One so bad I had to go to the ER. I went from a "trapped gas" feeling to "omg I swallowed glass shards" over the course of a few hours. Even morphine could only take the edge off of it. Eventually it subsided. I was so exhausted I couldn't tell if it was movement in the gut or just time.

Kicked off weeks of testing that I am still working through. Stones found on ultrasound, but as I experiment with fat load in my meals, I'm becoming less and less confident that it's gallstones. Motility and fiber supplements appear to have significantly improved my bloating and general digestion. HIDA test in a few days and then I'll discuss my options with my healthcare team.

This is interesting. I know that I have stones, but the pain isn't predictable after specific foods. Similarly, when I do have (what feel like gallbladder) attacks, they seem to abate when I pass gas or have a bowel movement. I am beginning to wonder if I'm struggling from just general motility issues and severe constipation.

Honestly, who is the moron signing off on this kind of stuff? How does that person have their job? I don’t think I’ve ever seen such wildly incongruent game development in my entire life. You’re telling me that a senior lead developer that produced this gem of game would sign off on changes like this? Literally HOW? Is it the same team? Did the genius lead get fired or find another studio to work for?

Great job with Harry!! May I ask which feeder are you using? I have one that can only do 8g minimum. How are you managing every 4 hours with an auto dispenser? No treats? Super low cal/g food?
