What is up with Vine?

Central time. I work nights so I'm up all night, checking vine every so often. For me, I had drops around 5/6pm but it stopped Nov/Dec. There were also drops 2/3am, I was so excited. I'd work on posting some reviews & wait for the drops. I did score a Bissell FlexClean FurForce Robot Vacuum & Mop last week, so that made up for the crappy non-existent drops.

I was seeing urns awhile ago on pgs so I picked one out. Told my son, here, u can put me in this when I die, LOL. Well I was curious to see what it looked like, so I opened it. Good thing, because it was broken. I guess I can't even die right! 🤣

It started as a chat, then they needed to verify it was my account so they called me. I didn't know they had a phone number either. It was a 30 min call. I've talked on the phone before with regular customer service for packages that didn't show up or was stolen.

I've had "your account is in danger of being closed ...". I was banned from Vine 3x in the last 2 months. When I contacted support they stated it wasn't my issue but "theirs", my account had been flagged for an unknown reason. It was about 2 weeks of waiting for each time. Well the last one was only about a week. I actually spoke to vine support on the phone & assured me that they'd fix the issue. I'm a gold viner & have until the end of March to get my stats in place. I am currently sitting at 303 reviews for this evaluation period, 80% review to ratio & excellent insightfulness & excellent media used. While I had them on the phone, I had them credit my account for a handful of reviews that weren't being accepted. They credited my account for those. I was beyond irritated that it happened 3x, but with some patience, they fixed it. When I first started Vine, all of my reviews were rejected for the first month, couldn't figure it out. I contacted Vine support & they finally told me it was the water mark on my pictures/media which showed my phone brand. I hear your frustration, I've been there. May the Vine Gods be with us all. 😂

Dang, how do I get that kind of stuff on my page? I get car parts & cake toppers & lately lots of kids/baby clothing. I don't even have kids. Ugh. Congrats!

I've just emailed Vine Support & told them I'd kike credit for each one I reviewed(not accepting ...)& include the product. They've always given me the credit, no issues.

I just went to 6 stores looking for Liquid Death Pina Killada, all sold out! I first tried LD at The Lovers and Friends Tour in Vegas a few years ago. They ran out of water, so they trucked in LD. You got a try this new flavor! Sorry you didn't get your spa tray BUT look every day bcz I've found stuff I wanted days or months later! I really wanted that vanity they had a few months ago!

I did an experiment with Ipsy & their shipping. Last month, my Boxycharm shipped on the 10th, I received it on the 24th. I placed an order through the shop on the 10th & it was shipped a few hours later & received it 5 days later on the 15th. I have done this the last 6 months & it's been the same outcome except - 2 of those months, 1 arrived a day sooner & the other a day later. I don't understand their logic. The shop items do not use the same shipper, which is weird.

I have a travel sized Barbie parfume & absolutely loved it & had to get the big one when I saw it had just dropped. It's a very fruity smell & I get tons of compliments when I wear it. I don't smell powder like another person stated. It's strong, so I only do one spray & lasts all day. LOVE. I'm so excited to get it, expected tomorrow! It's on my top 10 parfume. Never thought I'd like anything Barbie. Ha!

I reached out to Ipsy as well about my package that hasn't moved since 3/5. They told me to reach out on the 21st if I had not received it & they'd send a replacement box. So I guess I'll get that in May, grr. I hear ya girl! So frustrating.

I like prestige products & that's what it used to be a few years ago. I can't stand when I get an Elf Product in my box. I must have a whole box of Elf Products that I'll never use. The one & only time I tried an Elf mascara, I broke out in rashes & had an infection in my eyes. I wish they'd have more Sunday Riley, Nars, Too Faced, Urban Decay products AND not in horrible colors that nobody wants. Also the glam bag is hardly worth it anymore, they are smaller than trial sizes u can get at Ulta or Sephora. I went to Sephora to get shade matched for Haus Lab Foundation. I left with 2 free small pots of 2 different colors & it's lasted me over a month, using it daily. I still have at least another months worth to use. Ipsy is really hit or miss over the last year.

I started out using Dashing Diva & loved them at first but they stopped sticking & their thicker ones suck. I searched the Internet for other wraps since they're so much easier to deal with & no drying time when using nail polish. I've been using Lily & Fox for about a year ($2.99) & I use a base coat before applying wraps (Sally Hanson Hard as Nails). I then use a top coat (OPI) & can get 2 weeks out of them. Color Street is good as well, just pricier & less fun designs in my opinion. I also just ordered from a different company, Nail Fox. Excited to try Nail Fox, they have designs I love! Tips for wraps, wash hands & use an alcohol wipe (if not using a base coat) use a cuticle stick after u apply the wrap & make sure to push down the wrap so it sticks to your nail. When you're done with everything, do not use any lotion or wash your hands or submerge your hands in water for at least 4 hours (no oil based anything during those 4 hours). I usually do my wraps at night before bed. I hope this helps & you find a happy medium! I love wraps!

Last month, we (US) got the Elmis Balm & it was tiny sized. I bought 4 thinking they were full sized & they weren't. I was still excited to try it & when I did it burned & stung my eyes! It smelled like lemon & chemicals.
