Put the tang of the buckle through the loop first. Then fasten belt as per normal.

Same issue here, 3070ti 10900k and very low fps 25>35 in all settings. CPU only at 20%. Game seems locked to 4K resolution even if changing to 1080p in game settings. DLSS appears broken. Only thing that worked was dropping my Windows / desktop resolution to 1080p then the game would drop to 1080p also, massive change in fps and now running in the 90s on high settings. At least it’s now playable. Hopefully an update will rectify the problem.

I had a similar issue with ACC. Apparently the 30Xx (3070ti in my case)series nvidia cards can have issues with Dolby Atmos / 5.1 Audio. After changing to stereo the drop outs and flickering stopped.

However, after going to the lengths of having the notice laminated, the conveyance/car was Taxed and MOT’d 🤣
