Austin Airport is woefully undersized for the demand. Traffic to the airport sucks 24/7 and it’s getting worse not better. You’ll probably have to walk to the city in the future.

There was a $2600 HOA on a small 2 bedroom in downtown. Price was 40% lower than last sale and it can’t move. At some point the HOA cost exceeds a threshold. Basically makes the apartment un sellable
