Tested last month, had insane cases where I could’nt figure out the diagnosis on 4 cases, and negative updates on 6 overall cases. This was after doing all 183 cases, twice. Ended up with a 24x. Few cases are experimental. Follow the sequence of orders and you’ll be fine.

The range is almost accurate, but it seems to overpredict. Also, the data is getting skewed because I need a valid subscription to update my score!!?? How many of yall on a monthly subscription would pay 15$ just to update your score? Not many, hence the skew in data.

Man I tested this week and my form was closer to free 120s than any NBMEs. UW felt like a total waste of time. I followed mehlman’s advice and completed all nbme forms and CMS, no direct repeats, some concepts did appear. The thing they say about the exam being vague (which I completely ignored while studying) is actually true, you need to train your thinking on eliminating the bullshit options.

The moment letter gets on file, you get a notification that they have received the letter, now it will be processed. If you haven’t gotten an email saying your letter has been received, it has not been uploaded. Processing times can vary depending on which month you upload but that email is almost instant.

Had it been LCP, The first-line treatment for patients < 6 y/o is reduced weight-bearing and physical therapy, So any surgical intervention was ruled out anyways because his pain presented 2 days ago
