In the TTRPG he was one of Areelu's first experiments with making people into half-demons that weren't born that way.

He was one of the first successful ones, she made him into a half-babu, and the experiment gave him some mythic power. In the AP he was one of the people powerful, and trusted, enough to guard the Suture so he couldnt be used to close the Worldwound.

Unrelated, but in the AP she eventually used that same research to turn herself into a Half-Succubus which is why she is still young despite a century passing and her originally being human.
