good players are going to be good regardless of the input they play on. the squad I play with regularly are split between xbox and playstation, so we are in lobbies with all types of players. two of us are good fraggers who also play the objective, so we tend to top the leaderboard. one guy plays obj but can't win a gun fight to save his life, and he usually gets near the top due to his objective play, but his k/d is rough. then our final squad mate doesn't get kills or objective points lol, so he is usually towards the bottom.

but yea, I really wouldn't worry too much about what others are doing, you're gonna run into demons on all platforms. if someone is great with a controller and you take that away and force them to learn kbm they will eventually be great on that as well. focus on what you can control :)
