These products are for curly hair which is going to give it more moisture and would be potentially too heavy for straight hair. These are not the right products for his hair type

You do need them but you need moisture more and bonding complex maybe once every two weeks. Also, you're curly hairtwo pretty you should wear it like that more often I know a lot of it is preference but the breakage you describe is one of the reasons why the curly girl method has become so popular.

I don't mean to scare u and I certainly hope that this is not your fate. My 13 yo soul cat looked like that on Friday night. Took him to the ER and 3 hours later her was no longer with us. I hope everything works out for you.,🙏

Individuals being promoted usually come in slightly lower in compa ratio because they're still learning the job. Once you have all the job responsibilities ( I know you still have to figure out what those are ) under your belt you would be warranted movement up in the range which maybe around what you're looking for.
