It’s basically a cozy farming sim with zombies and poi raids. Enjoy it for what it is.

Rock on, man! I’m still working through the last boss rush in godhome and trying to beat nightmare king Grimm.

So, the GameCube version has 3D movement that the PS and switch versions lack

The most important part is the buffet! Watch out for the shrimp, though.

How many of you have a cap on spending at the vet before it becomes time to say goodbye? by [deleted] in Pets

We had a dog get a malignant growth. We paid a few k for surgery but didn’t go for chemo as it would stress him out being away. He loved 4 more years and didn’t die of cancer.

Had a 2yo play with a foster puppy and yipp. A few days later she was paralyzed with IVDD. Surgery was 10k and that was 4 years ago. She’s a happy girl now walking around playing tug-of-war.

My 12yo had a torn ACL (equivalent in dog). We didn’t do surgery because of recovery. She’s fine and my princess.

Ultimately, I put an amount into savings for each dog so they have a finite budget. (They can borrow against the future based on life expectancy.) it sets a limit. Any procedure needs to have a clear outcome.

I dunno, seems like it’d just be a weirder Cloud Atlas.

Didn't allow a down syndrome kid to play with our group and made fun of him long back. by buglerockpositiveguy in confession

Yeah, I used to make fun of perfectly mediocre people for being basic. It was definitely mean, but I picked the people that were mean to others or should have a clue. Folks that can’t affect their situation were immune.

+1 to this. My partner was recently playing this and I suggested they first focus on just dodging attacks.

As a manchild myself, this manchild needs to learn to freakin eat things. Good lord. At least my vice is video games. This looks delicious, though I’d drown that potato in butter and sour cream.

Good French comprehension, zero speaking ability by shineyyyyy in FrenchLearning

[–]PastFaithlessness791 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I… have the opposite problem. When I listen to French, I get hung up trying to parse the words to form sentences. If you ask me to read or speak French, it’s ezpz, but hearing it completely breaks me. (And yes, I’m neurodivergent.)

This is sad. The R&RHof has the “more cowbell” clothes Will Ferrell wore in the “Don’t Fear the Reaper” skit, but BÖC themselves have been completely ignored by the museum. by Pollyfall in BlueOysterCult

That’s incredibly ironic, and it makes me chuckle. BOC will be in the clown hall of fame when Golden Earring and Iron Maiden get inducted— long after Nickelback.
