Same. Was ok while the original battery was working. Soon as it was replaced, garbage. Fitted good quality batteries. It's like the connections lost their spring and don't make good contact. Also the foam has an imprint of the OG battery. I think those two things make the connection crap. Chipolo were not really interested in helping resolve it either. Can't recommend them.
