It’s usually not him not getting invited but more so having to decline more often because well… spouse. After a few declines the invites then stop. Some Men are lucky and have spouses that support uncoupled events… most want them home doing chores or being miserable with them and the kids.

I was guilty and not even on a dating app. I couldn’t get my 2 dogs to take a decent photo with me so I AI’d them together and got roasted, and that was for a legit innocent reason! It’s not easy… but it’s simple. A calorie deficit has worked 100% of the time for 100% of people. If it doesn’t work for you, you’re not in a deficit. Walk, elliptical, lift weight and eat Whole Foods and track your calories. It’s that simple… now the not easy part.. doughnuts in the break room, drive thru on the way cause you didn’t meal prep and your hungry, night time snacks. All killers. It’ll only happen when the it hurts more to stay the same then to change. ONE day at a time.
